I was pleasantly surprised at the speedy call from the dealership. With help from my sales representative, Tim Dati, the internet inquiry resulted in a sale of a 2012 Maxima. I need to say how impressed I was with Tim. Helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous would describe him best; he definitely influenced the sale. He must be the best sales person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I previously had a 2009 leased Maxima, that Tim helped me with, at this dealership. It is not often that I have received the level of service displayed by Fred Beans at a car dealer or any other industry, for that matter. Specifically, Chuck Renner has done an exceptional job from the first day I entered the showroom through the sale of the car and on to coordinating the first repair of a few minor issues with the car.
